The Community Building is a multi-purpose facility designed for use by the town and its citizens.  A great place to reserve for your special event plus we hold many town events here including Friday night bluegrass music, seasonal bingo night, and much more.  

Reserving the Community Building:

   - Residents within Town Limits:  There is a $30 per use fee for the Community Building. 
   - Residents outside of Town Limits: There is $100 per use fee for the Community Building.
   - For Everyone regardless of location: There is a $100 Cleaning Deposit.

After each use, you are responsible for cleaning/sanitizing all counters, tables, chairs, floor, and restrooms. Cleaners will be provided.  Everyone is required to wear masks when/if mandated by either the Town of Coatesville, Hendricks County, State of Indiana, or by the CDC (masks are not provided).  You must abide by any mandate in place at any time regardless of who issued it.

To schedule the Community Building for your next event, please contact Town Hall to check on availability to reserve the room. For confirmed reservations, Keys must be picked up at the Town Hall between 11am and 3pm one business day prior to your event (Town Hall is not open on weekends). Keys must be returned by the next business day following your event. All equipment and rooms must be thoroughly cleaned as noted above and picked up after the conclusion of your event and ready for the next event.   Please contact Town Hall with any questions.
