SHOW INFORMATION
Q: What does it cost to enter the show?
A: This virtual show is Free and is our way of saying thank you to all of our supporters.
Q: How many people can enter the show?
A: There is no limit. As long as the entrants meet the eligibility requirements, you may enter.
Q: You are doing raffles. How will I get my number and how will this work?
A: Everyone that enters the virtual show will receive a raffle number and will automatically be entered into our raffle
drawing. There will be five (5) raffle packages that will be given away (all will be the same). When you receive
your email confirmation with your entry number, that confirmation will also include your raffle number. All raffle
numbers entered will also have the entrants name on it, so we will know exactly who won that auction. Numbers
will be pulled on Saturday, July 18th starting at around 8:00am and again every hour until all five raffle packages
have been awarded. We will post the winner of each raffle at the bottom of our Home Page.
Q: How are you doing Goody Bags?
A: We are calling them "Goody Envelopes". Please don't expect a typical goody bag like you would receive at a real show.
We will send envelopes that will be mailed to each person that registers for the show and will be a small version of what
you would receive at a normal show.. There will just be a handful of items being provided that we hope you appreciate.
All goody envelopes will be mailed once the registration closes on July 10th. Each goody envelope will also contain a
thank you certificate custom designed for you which is like a award itself.
Q: When is the last date we can register?
A: That would be Friday, July 10th, 2020 at 11:59pm. At approximately that time, we will cut off any further entries. That
will give us one week to prepare and organize the voting images and voting form. No entries will be allowed after
this cut-off date and time.
ENTERING THE SHOW
Q: Why are you limiting who can enter and have eligibility requirements?
A: As much as we dislike having to place enrollment restrictions on this event, it is necessary in order to ensure the
attendees that have been supporting us over the years are properly acknowledged. We are doing this show for our
supporters and local folks as a "Thank You" event since we are unable to have a live show this year. As much as
we would like to open it to everyone, that is just not feasible or fair to our supporters. For example, if this was open
to everyone and someone from Idaho (for example) that would never attend our show in person and has never
supported the show were to win one of the trophies, it just would not be right. No offense to anyone in Idaho or
elsewhere, but it is this reason for the eligibility requirements.
Q: How do I submit a photograph of my vehicle for voting?
A: On the show entry page (click the "Enter Show" button), follow the steps and provide us the email requested with
the information required. As part of this information, you will include a photo file attachment (.JPG preferred) in
your email to us. It's that simple. Within 72 hours of sending us your email, we will respond with a confirmation
email confirming your entry into the virtual show. That email is important and will contain additional information and
details about the show including your entry number, raffle info, voting info, and more. If you do not receive this email
Q: How come you are allowing only one photograph per vehicle?
A: Frankly, one photo is easier for us to manage, but it also keeps the playing field equal. If we opened it up to multiple
photos, the playing field would no longer be equal. In that case, one entrant may submit five photos that includes
engine, interior, etc., where another entrant may only send one photo. The entrant with multiple photos has better
odds at winning a trophy. Not that that is a bad thing, but we went for ease and to make all entries equal. What that
means is that each entrant needs to make sure they provide the best photograph possible of their car to give them
the best chance at winning.
